Posters are intended to stimulate discussions of recent advances, experiences, and challenges in quantum computing and engineering.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div style=\"color: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: 1.75rem\">Poster Evaluation Criteria<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Posters are accepted according to the following evaluation criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expected interest in and novelty of the poster\u2019s topic among people in the quantum computing and engineering communities.<\/li>\n<li>Quality of the poster submission including the extended abstract and the actual poster.<\/li>\n<li>Potential of the poster to advance the state of quantum computing and engineering research and practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3>Poster Proposal Submission Format<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Each poster&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">proposal must conform at the time of submission to the&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">IEEE Formatting Instructions<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">(i.e., title in 24pt font and full text in 10pt type, LaTEX users must use \\documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran} without including the compsoc or compsocconf option). The submission must also comply with the<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/journals.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org\/become-an-ieee-journal-author\/publishing-ethics\/\">IEEE Policy on Authorship<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;font-size: 1rem\">Each poster proposal must include the following sections in one PDF file and in the order specified below. Sections 1-5 must not exceed four (4) pages. Each proposal must be submitted via the&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;font-weight: bolder;font-size: 1rem\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=qce22\">EasyChair submission website<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;font-size: 1rem\">. The call for papers and proposal can all be found on<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;font-weight: bolder;font-size: 1rem\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/cfp\/QCE22\">EasyChair CFP<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;font-size: 1rem\">.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Please submit<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;font-weight: bold\">ONE PDF file<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">that includes all components of the proposal.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Poster title&nbsp;<\/b>\u2014 descriptive and attractive to potential attendees.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 700\">Poster abstract<\/span>&nbsp;\u2014 200-250 words to be posted on the QCE23 website.<\/li><li><b>Poster authors<\/b> \u2014 Contact information for all poster authors and indicating the <b>main contact<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b style=\"background-color: transparent\">Poster relevance<\/b><span style=\"background-color: transparent\"> \u2014 relevance to the fields of quantum computing and\/or quantum engineering (e.g., relate to QCE23 topics).<\/span><br><\/li>\n<li><b>Extended poster abstract<\/b> \u2014 a detailed description of the poster including references.<\/li>\n<li><b>Actual poster<\/b> \u2014 preliminary poster \u2014 at most one page in PDF format. Note the final printed posters should not be larger than the standard size of 24\u2033 x 36\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3>Important Poster Submission Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>By submitting a poster to IEEE Quantum Week 2023, you are making a commitment to register and attend the conference upon acceptance of your poster.<\/li>\n<li>The poster abstract \u2014 title, authors, extended abstract, references \u2014 will be included&nbsp; in the proceedings of the IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing and Engineering (QCE23).<\/li>\n<li>Accepted posters will be allocated dedicated poster exhibit times that are highlighted in the conference program.<\/li>\n<li>At least one poster author is expected to register in-person and present the poster
