International participants should pay special attention to visa requirements and arrange conference registration and travel plans well in advance for IEEE Quantum Week 2023 in Bellevue, Washington, USA.<\/span><\/p>

An application for a visa can be a lengthy process. We strongly recommend starting your application process early at least 90 to 120 days prior to traveling to the conference. IEEE Quantum Week 2023 starts September 17, 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Visa Letter Instructions<\/b><\/h2>\n

To streamline and expedite the visa letter process, please follow the two steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Register for QCE23 and pay the registration fee in full.<\/li>\n
  2. Once you have completed your registration and have paid in full you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link for you to download your VISA\/Invitation Letter. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Apply for a U.S. Visa<\/span><\/h2>\n

    To enter the United States, citizens and residents of most countries in the world must have a visa. If your travel to the U.S. will require a visa, you must apply for it long before you fly to the United States. The application is online and there is a fee. In addition, you must meet with a person at the nearest U.S. Consul General office<\/b>, who will ask to see a letter that invites you to attend QCE23.<\/p>\n
