Bellevue on Seattle\u2019s Eastside<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">.\u00a0 As a hybrid event, we are broadcasting the sessions to virtual participants and recording the sessions for <b>QCE On-Demand<\/b> after the main event ends on September 22.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">IEEE Quantum Week 2023 features <b>14-15 parallel program tracks per day over six days \u2014 Sun-Fri, Sep 17-22, 2023<\/b>. QCE23 needs approximately <b>55 student volunteers to run the 87 hybrid tracks<\/b> and the conference (e.g., registration desk) effectively.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">For <b>volunteering<\/b> <strong>for<\/strong> <b>two full days at QCE23<\/b>, student volunteers will receive a <b>full complimentary QCE23 registration<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">To apply as a student volunteer, please fill out the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/qce.quantum.ieee.org\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2023\/07\/QCE23-Student-Volunteer-Application-Formy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Student Volunteer Application Form<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;font-weight: bold\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">and <b>submit the form via the\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/my\/conference?conf=qce23\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>QCE23 EasyChair Student Volunteer Track<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">.
