significant integration challenges &#8211; which stand to benefit from AI. From applications development to error mitigation, hardware control and calibration, there is mounting evidence that AI will be critical in scaling quantum co-processors into the era of utility. Furthermore, the session seeks to explore where AI acceleration is currently overlooked and most needed. QQ is designed to stimulate discussion among a wide range of quantum technology stakeholders. In this BoF, participants will play QQ. This card game is a role-playing game that simulates a quantum innovation competition. Participants will be divided into multiple teams representing superstates, international organizations, etc., in pursuit of maximizing their own profits. QQ is designed not only to enable players to imagine future quantum development competition, but also to learn about the structural imbalances and fairness issues associated with technology development, and to deepen their understanding of the \u201cResponsible Research and Innovation (RRI)\u201d of quantum technology. We hope that the post-game discussion session will provide an opportunity to discuss about open quantum tech- nology development as well as the benefits and limitations of gamification in science communication and learning. are increasing to enable more reliable and scalable computation for practically relevant use cases. HPC systems are a crucial enabler for the applicability and utility of QC systems, especially within the noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) era, as they enable the use of QC systems as accelerators for hybrid applications and workflows as well as support their operational control through the critical processes such as quantum circuit compilation, error mitigation, and error correction. To ensure seamless integration of these two computing paradigms, comprehensive strategies are needed across all elements of the full-stack HPC-QC features, including hardware infrastructure, interconnectivity, system software, programming tools, and use-case applications.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;font-size: 18px\">Founded in 2023, the IEEE Quantum-HPC Working Group held a BoF in IEEE Quantum Week &#8217;23, addressing the mentioned integration aspects and bringing together experts from all relevant disciplines. In this iteration of the BoF, the main focus will be on different use cases and their implementation within HPC-QCS to discuss different patterns of hybrid use cases and thus identify relevant workflows to tackle them.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif;color: #333333\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;font-size: 18px\">\nThe session will start with presentations from each active member of the working group, followed by roundtable discussions on the mentioned focused areas led by the session lead.
