communities.<\/li>\n<li>Quality of the poster submission including the extended abstract and the actual poster.<\/li>\n<li>Potential of the poster to advance the state of quantum computing and engineering research and practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Poster Proposal Submission Format<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Please follow the following submission instructions Keep your audience in mind and consider what they need to understand your research. Get feedback from your peers way before IEEE Quantum Week.<\/li>\n<li><b>Layout<\/b>&nbsp;\u2014 make your 5-10 minute presentation flow logically throughout the poster (e.g., using colored numbers and\/or section headings to ease navigation).<\/li>\n<li><b>Font and text size<\/b>&nbsp;\u2014 use a simple font and make sure the text should be readable from a distance<\/li>\n<li><b>Color scheme<\/b>&nbsp;\u2014 use a consistent color scheme as well as high contrast between text and background.<\/li>\n<li><b>Graphics and visuals<\/b>&nbsp;\u2014 diagrams and figures can be effective and more engaging than text in communicating your ideas.<\/li>\n<li><b>Title<\/b>&nbsp;\u2014 should be short and yet descriptive and easy to read from a distance. What is the research topic?<\/li>\n<li><b>Contents<\/b>&nbsp;\u2014 present problem statement, methodology, contributions, and conclusions succinctly.
