will feature <b>14-15 parallel program tracks per day over six days \u2014 Sun-Fri, Sep 15-20, 2024<\/b>. QCE24 needs approximately <b>60 student volunteers to run the 90+ hybrid tracks<\/b> and the conference (e.g., registration desk, exhibits &amp; posters hall<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">) effectively.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">For <b>volunteering<\/b> <strong>for<\/strong> <b>two full days (9:30-17:15)<\/b><\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;at QCE24<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">, a student volunteer will receive a <\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem\">highly discounted&nbsp;QCE24 full registration<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">To apply as a student volunteer, please fill out the&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/qce.quantum.ieee.org\/2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/03\/QCE24-Student-Volunteer-Application-Signup-Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Student Volunteer Application Signup Form<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;font-weight: bold\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">and <b>submit the form via the&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/my\/conference?conf=qce24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>QCE24 EasyChair Submission Site<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">.
