one of the quantum computing sector\u2019s greatest challenges. The week-long tutorials program, with tutorials by leading experts, is aimed squarely at workforce development and training considerations.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The tutorials are ideally suited to develop quantum champions for industry, academia, government, and build expertise for emerging quantum ecosystems.<\/span>\u00a0IEEE Quantum Week 2024 will cover a broad range of tutorial<\/li>\n<li>Balance and synergy of the tutorial with respect to other IEEE Quantum Week 2024 events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<h3>Tutorial Proposal Submission Format<\/h3>\n<p>Each tutorial proposal must conform at the time of submission to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">IEEE Formatting Instructions<\/a> (i.e., title in 24pt font and full text in 10pt type, LaTEX users must use \\documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran} without including the compsoc or compsocconf option).
