A Special Welcome to all International Participants from around the globe to the IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing and Engineering (QCE25) or IEEE Quantum Week 2025.
International participants should pay special attention to visa requirements and arrange conference registration and travel plans well in advance for IEEE Quantum Week 2025 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
An application for a visa can be a lengthy process. We strongly recommend starting your application process early at least 90 to 120 days prior to traveling to the conference. IEEE Quantum Week 2025 starts August 31, 2025.

In addition, you must meet with a person at the nearest U.S. Consul General office, who will ask to see a letter that invites you to attend QCE25.
