href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/xpl\/conhome\/9259908\/proceeding\">IEEE Xplore Digital Library<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.computer.org\/csdl\/proceedings\/1838864\">IEEE Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL)<\/a>&nbsp;in September 2025.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px\">The best QCE25 papers will be recommended to the journals&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tqe.ieee.org\/\">IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering (TQE)<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dl.acm.org\/journal\/tqc\">ACM Transactions on Quantum Computing (TQC)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px\">QCE25 will award Best Paper Awards for the Technical Program Tracks. The QCE25 Best Paper&nbsp;Awards will be presented in the plenary sessions before the keynote presentations on the day the respective paper is being presented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;color: #333333\">Reviewing Guidelines<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;QCE24 received a record number of 450+ technical paper manuscripts\u2015an increase of 150+ compared to QCE23. We expect similar submission numbers for QCE25 At least three reviewers must review each manuscript, and each reviewer is expected to review 6-8 papers.
