Suggested panel topics include but are not limited to synergy between quantum and generative AI, quantum error correction, quantum standards, quantum stack, quantum utility and advantage, hybrid quantum-classical computing, distributed quantum computing, quantum applications,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">quantum programming education &amp; training, quantum workforce training, frontiers of quantum information science &amp; algorithms,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">hardware-software co-design,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u00a0or post-quantum cryptography.\u00a0The goal is to gather a\u00a0<\/span>diverse group of researchers and practitioners to share their insightful perspectives and engage the broader community in <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">dialogue. accepted according to the following evaluation criteria:<\/p>\n<p>The potential of the panel to stimulate discussion on quantum computing and engineering research and practice;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expected interest in the panel\u2019s topic among people in the quantum computing and engineering communities \u2014 creating excitement and drawing an audience<\/li>\n<li>The credibility of the panellists across several dimensions, including knowledge, experience, constructiveness, and diversity<\/li>\n<li>Interactive nature of the panel\u2019s format; will there be interaction with the audience (e.g., Fishbowl conversation)<\/li>\n<li>Experience and ability of the panel\u2019s proposers and moderator to organize a highly interactive and stimulating panel<\/li>\n<li>Balance and synergy of the panel with respect to IEEE Quantum Week 2026 events<\/li>\n<li>Abstract of the proposal should be clear, complete, articulate and ready for publication on the IEEE Quantum Week 2026 website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important Panel Proposal Submission Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All participants, including panel organizers, invited speakers, and invited guests, must register for the IEEE Quantum Week 2026. By submitting a panel proposal to IEEE Quantum Week 2026, you are committing to register for the Technical Program and attend the conference upon acceptance of your panel proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Please note, IEEE Quantum Week 2026 cannot guarantee to honour specific requests for holding the panel on particular dates.<\/li>\n<li>The panel abstract \u2014 title, abstract, and panellists \u2014 will be included in the proceedings of the IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing and Engineering (QCE26).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Panel Proposal Submission Format<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Each panel&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">proposal must conform at the time of submission to the&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">IEEE Formatting Instructions<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">(i.e., title in 24pt font and full text in 10pt type, LaTEX users must use \\documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran} without including the compsoc or compsocconf option). The submission must also comply with the<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"https:\/\/journals.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org\/become-an-ieee-journal-author\/publishing-ethics\/\">IEEE Policy on Authorship<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;font-size: 1rem\">Each panel proposal must include the following sections in ONE PDF file and in the order specified below. Sections 1-8 must not exceed four (4) pages.
