The IEEE Quantum Week program will feature scheduled BoF Sessions addressing timely topics of interest on Quantum Computing and Engineering. BoF sessions are 90-minute lively discussions.\n<ul style=\"font-size: 16px\">\n \t<li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"text-align: center\">For more information, please consult<span according to the following evaluation criteria:<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">The potential of the BoF to stimulate discussion on quantum computing and engineering research and practice<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">Expected interest in the BoF\u2019s topic among people in the quantum computing and engineering communities \u2014 creating excitement and drawing an audience<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">The credibility of the organizers across several dimensions, including knowledge, experience, constructiveness, and diversity<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">Interactive nature of the BoF\u2019s format; will there be interaction with the audience<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience and ability of the BoF\u2019s proposers and moderator to organize a highly interactive and stimulating BoF<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">Balance and synergy of the BoF with respect to IEEE Quantum Week 2026 events<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">Abstract of the proposal should be clear, complete, articulate and ready for publication on the IEEE Quantum Week 2026 website<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><h3>BoF Proposal Submission Format<\/h3><p style=\"font-size: 16px\">Each BoF\u00a0proposal must conform at the time of submission to the\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1rem\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">IEEE Formatting Instructions<\/a>\u00a0(i.e., title in 24pt font and full text in 10pt type, LaTEX users must use documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran} without including the compsoc or compsocconf option). The submission must also comply with the\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1rem\" href=\"https:\/\/journals.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org\/become-an-ieee-journal-author\/publishing-ethics\/\">IEEE Policy on Authorship<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;font-weight: bold\">Each BoF proposal must include the following sections in one PDF file and in the order specified below. Sections 1-8 must not exceed four (4) pages. Each proposal must be submitted via the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=qce26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EasyChair submission website<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;font-weight: bold\">. The call for papers and proposals can also be found on\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/cfp\/QCE26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EasyChair CFP<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/cfp\/QCE24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;font-weight: bold\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Please submit<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;font-weight: bold\">ONE PDF file<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">that includes the following components of the proposal in the exact order specified.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px\">Each proposal must include the following sections, in the order specified below:<\/p><ol style=\"font-size: 16px\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">BoF title<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 descriptive and attractive to potential participants.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">BoF abstract<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 200-250 words to be posted on QCE26 website.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;background-color: transparent\">BoF authors\u00a0<\/span>\u2014 Contact information for all BoF organizers, indicate the\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder;background-color: transparent\">main BoF contact <\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent\">and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;background-color: transparent\"> BoF moderator.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">BoF target audience<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 what is the target audience \u2014 ideally a mix of participation from industry, government, and academia.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">BoF motivation and objectives<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 how will this BoF engage the audience, and how will the audience benefit?<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">BoF relevance<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 relevance to the fields of quantum computing and\/or quantum engineering (e.g., relates to QCE26 topics).<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">BoF proposal<\/span>\u00a0\u2014 detailed BoF proposal and\/or position statements.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bolder\">BoF biographies<\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent\">\u00a0\u2014 brief biography of each organizer \u2014\u00a0200-250\u00a0words per organizer\u00a0to be posted on the QCE26 website.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><h3>Important BoF Proposal Submission Requirements<\/h3><ul style=\"font-size: 16px\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">All participants, including BoF organizers, invited speakers, and invited guests, must register for the IEEE Quantum Week 2026.
