Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL)<\/a>&nbsp;in September 2026.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 16px\">The best QCE26 papers will be recommended to the journals&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tqe.ieee.org\/\">IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering (TQE)<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dl.acm.org\/journal\/tqc\">ACM Transactions on Quantum Computing We expect similar submission numbers for QCE26. At least three reviewers must review each manuscript, and each reviewer is expected to review 6-8 papers.
