The week-long tutorial program, featuring tutorials by leading experts, is aimed squarely at workforce development and training.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The tutorials are ideally suited to develop quantum champions for industry, academia, and government, and build expertise for emerging quantum ecosystems.<\/span> IEEE Quantum Week 2026 will cover a broad range of topics in quantum computing and engineering, including a lineup of fantastic hands-on tutorials on programming and applications.<\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent\">Each tutorial at IEEE Quantum Week 2026 is 3.0 hours long (i.e., two 90-minute sessions).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px;background-color: #ffffff\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span 1.75rem\">Tutorial Proposal Evaluation Criteria<\/span><\/h3>\nTutorials are evaluated and accepted according to the following evaluation criteria:\n<ul>\n \t<li>The potential of the tutorial for workforce development and training<\/li>\n \t<li>Expected interest in the tutorial\u2019s topic among people in the quantum computing and engineering communities; timeliness of the topic<\/li>\n \t<li>Quality of the proposal (clarity, completeness, and cohesiveness of the proposal; and quality of the visual aids)<\/li>\n \t<li>The tutorial\u2019s format, slides, handouts, online materials, hands-on<\/li>\n \t<li>Experience and ability of the presenter(s) to run a successful tutorial<\/li>\n \t<li>Balance and synergy of the tutorial with respect to other IEEE Quantum Week 2026 events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;color: #464b51\">Tutorial Proposal Submission Format<\/h3>\nEach tutorial proposal must conform at the time of submission to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">IEEE Formatting Instructions<\/a>\u00a0(i.e., title in 24pt font and full text in 10pt type, LaTEX users must use \\documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran} without including the compsoc or compsocconf option). The submission must also comply with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/journals.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org\/become-an-ieee-journal-author\/publishing-ethics\/\">IEEE Policy on Authorship<\/a>.\n\nEach tutorial proposal must include the following sections in <b>ONE PDF file<\/b> and in the order specified below. Sections 1-10 must not exceed four (4) pages. Each proposal must be submitted via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=qce26\">EasyChair submission website<\/a>.
