Abstract »

Increasingly mature quantum computers and practically valuable quantum applications are making early in-roads across the enterprise. Quantum computing is no longer a consideration for the “distant future”; rather, it’s proving capable of tackling mission-critical problems for a diverse range of industries today. Global giants from Volkswagen to E.ON, and NEC to Accenture have invested heavily in quantum and begun to build applications that address real-world business problems.

But the technology’s continued maturation is only one piece of the puzzle. Business leaders, too, must evolve their own approach to innovation investment and prepare their organizations for the quantum future.

D-Wave CEO Dr. Alan Baratz has spent over 25 years leading go-to-market strategies for innovative new products at leading tech companies and software startups. At D-Wave, he and the team work directly with Global 2000 decision-makers to help them navigate quantum technologies today, while helping them build in-production hybrid quantum applications that will allow their organizations to scale that investment for long-term business benefit.

Attendees will leave with an understanding of steps necessary for implementing practical quantum computing today, learn how other executives are redefining their technology strategies with quantum computing, and what they can do to scale that investment in quantum for long-term ROI.
